Innes Soekanto
Innes Soekanto was born in Jakarta-Indonesia in the year 1968. Graduate Bachelor's degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, Faculty of Fine Arts and Sculpture Design. Graduate Master's degree in Architecture from the Faculty of History, Theory and Criticism with a thesis on Criticism with Bourdieu Theory for Monumental Sculpture in Public Spaces and Regime Legitimacy, in 2004. Candidate for Doctorate in the Faculty of Architecture in 2007 for Monumental Sculpture and Regime Legitimacy in Jakarta City, 1960-2005.
She taught at the Bandung Institute of Technology as an Indonesian Civil Officer from 1993-2012. She got a lot of research projects, including national research priority, besides awards and grants as an artist. She designed and made several public art projects from 1993-present and participated in several International Art Exhibitions, International Biennales, and international sculpture symposiums. She writes poetry and short stories and prepares to publish her novels. She has been falling in love with photography since she on 12th years old because her father gave her a Nikon (analog camera) as a birthday gift. From 2011-2012, She was a researcher at the Tokyo University of The Art and Music. She will start October-December 2022 as Artist Residence at Joshibi Art and Design University in Japan in the Joshibi AIR Program.
Her interests in philosophy, history, sociology, humanity, and human equality are through her efforts to harmonize life and broaden her horizons through design, art, and education. Her central subject of teaching is Self-Identity, public art, monumental, and art in public space since the beginning she teaches.

Mei Homma
She lives and works in Bandung, Indonesia and Tokyo. With her interest on historical relationships between Indonesian and Japan from early modern period to the present times, she uses not only documents and archival materials but also novels and everyday materials to make videos and installations. She also travels around the places related to the researches for filming. Her interdisciplinary approaches try to explore social and political issues would happen in any period and multilateral relationships. Recently, she works on making essay films to tell hidden stories of women as well.
